About the Visalia Heritage Room

Opened December 7, 2023, the Visalia Heritage Room is located in the lobby of The Lofts at Fort Visalia, on the actual site where Visalia began in 1852. The Heritage room features archival photographs of early Visalia and a hand-crafted diorama of the original Fort Visalia stockade, offering a visual journey through the city's first century.
